Angela’s Kitchen is based in Somerset and has been producing homemade goodies for over 3 years. Made using traditional techniques and locally produced ingredients, preserves and confectionery are sold at local Farmers’ Markets and Fairs. Prepared and packaged by hand and produced in small batches, Angela’s goods retain as much of the homemade quality as possible.
A wide range of jams, marmalades, pickles, jellies and chutneys are available. The range includes year round favourites such as Bengal chutney and Caribbean marmalade, many one-off batches making use of market gluts and seasonal ranges when locally grown fruit and vegetables are in abundance—mostly from friends’ gardens!
Angela’s ‘fat fairy’ fudge is produced using Somerset milk, butter, cream and honey. Beaten by hand, the fudge is deliciously crumbly, just like your Gran used to make! A wide range of flavours is available from favourites vanilla and chocolate to honey and ginger and peanut butter. Fudge sauces, fudge dust and fudge cakes complete the range.
At Christmas time, handmade chocolate truffles fill the fridge made using local clotted cream, top quality chocolate, homemade jams and liqueurs and spirits
